Hey guys sorry for the long wait in reply. I compared my doors to a tahoe and noticed the the guy installed the felt upside down! When I took it apart the first time, I simply put them back in the way I took them out, not know they were installed incorrectly! Now everthing is Ok!

 

I thought I had the auto subscribe feature turned "on" but I guess I didnt. I never notice anyone replied to my thread, sorry.
