Default Winch hidden behind stock bumper

Been having this winch for about 8 months and I finally got around to installing it!

I wanted it to hide behind the stock bumper...so let the cutting begin

Time to hook it up to the top of a tree and test out the mount.

For those who dont have the welding skill check this out
Rough Country Sneak Peek!!!! - Chevy Truck Forum | GMC Truck Forum - GmFullsize.com

I've been debating whether to do a mount like you did or a multi mount. Cant decide.

What kind of hwy mileage are you getting at what mph?

Nicely done!!! Didn't know there was that much room back there! Kinda forgot how much room there is when there is no turbo stuff in the way.

Yeah that turbo stuff takes up some room but is well worth the realestate!

As far as hwy mileage I haven't been on a trip without towing something so I don't know yet! But I'm sure this 402 will drink the gas!
