Default Wife totaled truck in the market for another

My wife totaled my 05 ext cab RST so im in the market for a new model single cab. My 5.3, RST run mid 12s on the bottle so im really looking forward to getting my hands on a new model single cab. Ive been out of the game for awhile but whats the options on the new trucks? Still 4.8 & 5.3 with a 4l60 tranny for the single cabs?

Yes
4.8 - 5.3 in single cab
up to 6.2 in extended & crew cabs
6.0 and 6.2 come with beefy trannys and the 6.2 is in a 6speed

Sweet! Yeah i like that 6.2 we have build several in F body cars and they haul ***! But im really wanting to stick to a single cab this time. Im thinking the usual 4/7 drop, hood, head and cam, 4:10s, 3200vig, long tubes and a hell of a shot!
