If I were you I wouldn't just replace brake pads alone. I have heard that gm put really cheap rotors on these newer trucks. That is probably why most gmt-900 owners complain about crappy brakes.

Prob made in China like the rest of the junk rotors. You cant get good rotors at the parts store any more. They are all throw aways now.

When mine need replacing i guess i'll just have to bite the bullet and get some good SSBC or Equvelent.

guys,the problem is not how much i pay for'em but the coist almost doubles when buying a heavy item from america and ship them all the way arround the world..
i bought obx headers for a friend of mine and the shipping wieght wasnt as what they said wich is 35lbs it turned out to be 49lbs i payed 280$ just for shipping!!
rotors arent light eather so all i can afford is pads at the time

I like the hawk pads. Have always heard good things about them so I thought I would give them a try.

I found hawk LTS pads,but they say that they are only for 08 down dont fit 09s wtf is that?
is there any difference

I found my stock pads were the best. I guess I am going to cut my losses on the current ones and go back with some stock pads.
