who HAS done a cam swap on a nnbs

I just wish I could put a new cam in mine cant do that stuff out here in CA.

As long as you dont put a huge cam in, you shouldnt have a problem. Many people are running 224's on a 114 and passing, which would be too big for most in the 5.3.

it very easy to pass over here

Well thats good, I will definitely look into it sometimes I guess it's just who you know I had the service center right by work shut my hood on my 1995 ck and tell me no way with an AEM CAI LOL, they wouldn't even look at the C.A.R.B. cert.

My 5.3 motor didn't have VVT. I heard the 08 5.3 does. How is this being accomplished and will it effect a cam swap? just trying to educate myself a little.

I have the 08 5.3 and I have no Idea if it has the 5.3 all I did is order a tsp cam package with the ls7 sprocket
