Question Where are you all getting your gears?

Im having a hard time finding anyone who can get gears for my 07 NNBS.. I really want 3.90s i think.. 3.73s seem to high.. 4.10s seem too low.. So i really want to know where to buy them... And are they really different from the 8.5 without the ABS Speed Sensor.. I have a set of 8.5 GM richmond gears for 3.73.. but they dont say anywhere that they do or dont fit with an ABS equipped vehicle..

So in short where are you all getting your gears...

I was under the impression the 07+ trucks had an 8.625 rear end like the 99-06 trucks. If so, the 8.5 gears will work just fine.

With that said, I think you are going to spend the money you should at least run some 4.10s. What size tire are you running?

I got my 4.30 Motives from Rons Machining Service on ebay for $200 shipped. 8.5/8.6 gears swap out.

Running stock 245 70 r17 tires.. Hoping to switch to a stock 20 with a same or really close diameter tire..

Yeah i know the thing is actually an 8.625 but i was more concerned with the non-abs and the ones that claim to accept the abs tone wheel.. I have worked on these but cant remember.. too much

Where does the tone wheel mount?

Anyone have a handy diagram?

With such a short tire dont you think the 4.10s will be a bit much?

I had Richmond 3.90's in my 04 GMC crew cab, with 275-60-17's. They were very good, lost a little mpg from the 3.42's, but not bad. As I got deeper into the mods though, I had always wished I'd gone with the 4.10's.
