Where does this vent connect to?
#1
I did the DOD delete along with a cam and double patriots. The valley tray I got was a lil different with a vent on the front of it. Where does it need to be connected to?

Just plug the valley one with a vacuum cap. Leave you PCV system the way it came stock and you will be fine.

You know what is weird as hell? Everytime I plug this vent I buck a rocker arm in 5 miles or less......... Im about to change the rocker again and leave the damn thing open. Ive never had the truck over 4k rpms since cam install either......

that vent isnt going to cause a rocker to break.
i read your thread and seen 30ftlbs *im shocked all of them didnt break, or you fighting to get them loose* was used, and how you thought the rocker stand was grooved up or compressed in a different area. i would try a different rocker stand and a new rocker bolt with a new rocker. if it keeps happening then its got something to do with the pushrod/lifters/cam.
did you clean the rocker bolt holes out? did you make sure there isnt oil in there? you cant compress oil/water in the bolt holes. it will actually cause to to break a bolt or "under torque" a rocker bolt. the best way to tell if something is wrong before pulling a head and you dont mind trying it....take your pushrod from whatever lifter is the problem and move it to the front of the head. if it does it at the new pushrod location then you know the pushrods are the problem if it does it in the same location as before then it is your lifter/cam.
