I have a 2010 Z71 with a 5.3 and i put a VVT cam from mast motorsports in it
specs 224/232 605/607 and im not to happy with but thats also the only mod i have i dont even have intake or exhaust but ive herd the best cam hands down for the 6.2 is the G6x3 from lg makes awesome power with these heads

 

your motor isnt big enough for the cam. thats TOO much split for a stock 5.3
pull it an go with a 222/226 itll work a lot better
