Default Weird Electrical Issue

Truck in sig. When slowing to stop, at about 20mph or so the lights will flash really dim for a moment, about the same time it's down shifting.

Ideas?

Slow2008, you must be on your phone 'cause there's no sig showing up in your post. Details of the truck?

Haven't messed with anything electrical. Only mods listed.

I want to avoid the dealer if possible because it would require a 2 hour trip to detune and the same trip back to retune afterwords.
