^^That depends... How long you've had your truck for! 
Your cam seems closer to Pat G's cam he had in his G8 that made 508hp with 230 cathedrals.
I'm still trying to savor some bottom end... Due to the fifth wheel camper I pull. Hence the need for the 6L80e. I have other toys for going "Fast"
I feel there's plenty of info out there about cams, so no need in getting one spec'd! IMHO!
