Finally showed up. I hand checked every single one for 7.425"
Install tomorrow afternoon along with oil filter change

Hooefully this fixes it cause I'm having nightmares its a bad lifter haha

In for results. My truck developed a nice tick like yours after beating on it. Good luck man
