Default Tire size difference for 07 NNBS

I've got a lowered NNBS RCSB. Currently I'm running 32.1" diameter all around, but I'm wanting to get away from some rubbing in the front by going down to 31". Would the abs system allow the 31 in the front with the current 32.1 in the rear? My tires are nearly new, so I'm trying to avoid replacing the rear if I can avoid it.

Thanks.

Generally, to keep traction and stability control happy, you want to keep them within 1.5% of each other.

32.1" - 31" = 1.1"/32.1 = 3.42%
