whats the dimensions? I wonder if I could attach these to my 05's fog light housings and do the smaller light instead...

Lights are basically a cube - 3.25" width x 3" height x 3.25" depth

Fog lights aren't supposed to be worth a damn in the fog, they're meant to make you more visible by marking you with a light visible below the fog. We run those lights on our Yamaha Raptors and they work great.

Local sheriff runs a light bar like you originally showed on top of the bumper of their Ford Raptors, fyi. It works like a charm.

Light STRIPS are used as signals, indicators, brake lights, running lights, and accent lighting. LED light BARS are used for offroad illumination, and serve better for lighting up obstacles as well as taking abuse. Here are a couple different sets on a Ford Raptor:

They are about 5.5" in diameter if I remember correctly.
