Anybody know what the power limits are of the factory 10-bolt rear differential? I am considering adding a STS rear mounted turbo to the truck for towing and just a little fun, but certainly don't want to break anything. Calculations show I'll end up with approximately 460 wheel HP and a similar amount of torque.

my 10bolt has 215k miles on it, new bearings when i put the Eaton LSD in 65k miles ago.
Still kicking just fine, im in the process of taking my STS kit off, but on 6psi and 50 shot it made 440rwhp and 540rwtq. Its had a hard life and i towed alot with it.
Just get a good Diff and your golden.
