hello this morning i was starting my truck and the remote start function stopped working.. Has anyone had this problem with these new trucks. only mod i did was put on my long tubes but it was working fine before...

 

If it set a code it won't work until you fix the problem or set the code to NOT Reported.. That's where I'd start anyway....

 

naw no codes are being thrown and the truck turns on for a split second then turns off i might just need a retune...

 

Yea its something that needs deleted in the tune. SES light=no remote start

 

1st things 1st awesome truck bro. and i think it might have to do something with my rear sensors wont take it to the dealer till my tuner has a look at it and we redo the A/F ratios......

 

I just put my long tubes and Y pipe on last week and i'm having the same issue. My check engine light is on tho. I'm just waiting in line to get my tune done, I know that will take care of it.

 

thanks for the info i was starting to worry on if it only happened to me and i am in the same boat waiting to tune it....

 

Possible soft code has been set, once the drive cycles are complete it will set the light.

 

same thing is what i was thinking cause it acts like it has the code set
