Default quick question help me out guys...

Hey guys just wondering if you could help me out. I have a 2010 4.8 rcsb. I removed my th400 and doing a 4l80e conversion w/ circle d triple disc. I got the 80e in but ran into a snag with wiring..

My original 60e did not have an external gear selector/black selector box on the side of the transmission.

What year 4l60e gmt900 truck do you have and do you have the black selector box on the side of the transmission?

Im beginning to think my 2010 truck is different than earlier gmt900 trucks.

Thanks,

Corey

Use a stock 4L60E switch for your truck. It will plug into your harness without modifying, and will work just fine with your pcm.

I sold my original 60e. One thing I noticed..my circle trans harness (main harness) has 4 extra pins on the bottom row. The bottom row is usually unused on on an 80e. I jumped the orange-white wire on the trans connector to a ground so the truck thinks its in park so it starts
