Is it me or am i misssing something. Where is the lower chrome valance insert? It is a nice truck. I wish they had the steel grey in the 08's. I really like the stance as well.

I can assure you it does have some form of a shift kit, Unless he swapped for a 4L80e. I couldn't count the 6 gears in my 2010 Silverado. If I gave you a ride, you would be like damn, it does. Unless they can tune it that way.

And yeah, the lower insert was stolen at the dealership I guess. I didn't notice until I got home. It is in the pictures at the dealership. I drove off and loved the truck so much I missed it.

Anyone got an extra I can pick up?

Thats what i was going to ask about.
I was wondering to know where your lower grill was...
You have to buy the lower valance to add the chrome plastic insert.
Like $600 total. Thats why i just stuck with the upper.

The center where the insert goes in should be hollow nothing behind it. Ours has a black center.

Pretty much everyone does. Its the whole, "Oh you have a 5.3, those 327's are good engines..."

It's just want dumb people do. Being a football player backs up my point...

It pretty much is the same engine. Saying he put it there makes him dumb, but the only difference between an L92 and an LS3 is really the intake, valvetrain, and accessories. Same block and heads. Would you say that a Trailblazer SS didn't have a Corvette engine? It was an LS2 converted for truck duty as well, and even though it was closer to the Vette version it wasnt much closer than the L92 is to the LS3.
