not really, you would get a better gain by switching to the car (ls3/ls7)throttle body

unless your porting it for a larger throttle body blade. home port n polish is really just a polish.

You will see a better gain by using a LS7 TB. 90mm. I am using one with a spacer by Vararam. Of course the most gains will be also gained with a custom tune.

I noticed slightly better throttle response by porting my TB, but if I had it to do again, Id just go with the LS7-90

Don't have the part # handy, but there was a big discussion about it a while back on this gmt900 section. Do a search for 90 MM TB or ls7 TB and it has all the part numbers.

Uh OK. Please don't tell me what I did or didn't feel. Don't do it if you want but I know what I felt. I'm not saying its a huge gain, but the throttle does feel a bit more responsive.

The NNBS 4.8's need a lot of help and it did help some.
