Depends what you want!!! Id say 3000-3200, but Im going with a Trailblazer in mine. Its only a 4.8 so I know itll never be fast. A couple of things Ive done have helped a lot, and I imagine the next two will too

 

you can make a 4.8L fast, you just have to spin it high and get it breathing very good.
