That color is excellent. Good choice!! Start cruising ebay for a set of painted door handles and you can buy the colored mirror caps from GM cheap. A small drop and maybe a debadge (if you like that look)...

I mat do the debadge this weekend it it warms up enough. It's 25 degrees in the garage right now...

I have the u-bolts on order so I will take out the lifting block for now and do more when a kit is available for the front.

I will check into the door handles. Are the ebay handles GM parts?

I've lowered my 4WD. Spindles and Leafs with a McGaughy's lowing kit.

Save your money on the shocks they recommend. They are way to soft IMHO. Plan on spending a little time and $$ getting the ride quality right.

Just the take-offs. Loads of chrome and other stuff like that which I wouldn't trust, but the colored handles will be the ones replaced by chrome.Usually a set of 4. Trick is you have to wait for your color to come up...or you can simply order them from GM but they are a bit pricey.

I didn't know that McGaughy's had spindles available. I did some looking around this morning and found that Ground Force has spindles as well.

I only plan on doing about a 2/3 drop. Will the stock shocks work ok with a mild drop like that?

i dont remember if its possible, but i think you can put your lift blocks on top of the springs and reuse the u-bolts.

Nice truck, I like that color.

What price did you get that truck out the door for?

Nice Truck!

How come on your Vmax, you dont have that slit on the bumper? I thought all Vmax's had that on the NNBS.

Vmax626 has it

I dunno, just thought that was weird, or maybe I'm blind.

Love the color and the wheels look familiar PM me if you want any boltons as I work at a shop in denver and don't mind hooking the homies up (maggy exhaust and aem intake help alot up here on those trucks).
