nice looking cross bar
any installed yet or is it still just a theory?
looks like that mounting surface gives you lots of flexibility to mount the bearing

I know mine took about 15 minutes to make so I can only imagine how good a cnc made one would look

I'm running a ds specialist shaft and its in a ext cab short bed. It was like 68", one piece 5" I've had it up to 150mph shifting at 6600rpm. Not sure what rpm the shaft see and up wards of 700 hp and haven't had zero issues or vibrations. Great guys to deal with

I dug this up. Im about to do the 2pc conversion. I got the metal to do the x member this morning. I wanna bolt mine in. I dont mind welding tabs to the frame. I just wanna be able to take it out if need be. Does anyone have any pictures of your bolted in x member. I kinda have an idea on how I wanna do it. Just lookin to see what worked for others.

Also what kind of pressure will the k member see? And the side to side I got but what about up or down alighnment? How did yall get the measurement? Or does it have to be perfect up and down.

Please help im wanting to do this in the morning so I can get my d/s ordered tomorrow. Im wanting to race Saturday and above 85 im getting a vibration
