OBX headers on 4x4+ awesome fit...
#1
So i finally got around to ordering and putting on my headers and i will say for the 4x4 guys you can go wrong... I have about 3/8-1/2 inch between the driveshaft and the Y-pipe.... I got the 6.2 versions for my 5.3 as they are the same size as the pacesetters. Room to grow... 1 3/4 primaries,3" collector and 3" y-pipe til the last 3" on the connection which goes to 3.5" to mate with the 6.2's factory exhaust which is easily fixable in many ways... The OBX's have two dummy cats which look like cats and the o2 sensors screw on opposite ends to make it look real, but really they are small resonators. It has a no rasp sound on my dumped exhaust with a borla bullet.. I will get pics and a video up here in the next day or so for you guys... $540 shipped off of ebay

wow, sounds like they were built as advertized,
get us some pics.
that thing has got to be loud, can you do a video?
do you know if there is anything inside the resonators or are they just a shell

Heres the few pics i got while installing..

After first heat cycle

The only thing is that they have 6 o2 sensor bungs so you will need 2 plugs standing by to plug them unless you have 2 wideband sensors to monitor both banks.
This is the truck they are on,it gets reg mudding and abuse sessions so they will be put thru their paces.

The only issue i ran into was the sparkplug wire boot on the second wire back on the front on driverside is way to close for comfort for me so a little wrap would be your safest bet...
The lil resonators arent hollow they look just like a mini bullet muffler inside. All the little perforated holes etc.
