You can reuse the stock gaskets, and bolts. Ive never heard about the coppr paint, but I use never seeze inside the tubing where it slides together. Also I would throw the U bolts away, at least where you slide the ORY onto the collector, I use band clamps there. If you use the U bolts, and tighten them enough to keep it from leaking, you'll have to use a saw to separate the ORY from the headers.

like stated you can reuse the gaskets they are mls. Also what you are talking about is copper coat. It is a spray on coating that looks like copper and is tacky. It works well with paper gaskets you should not need it.
Do your self a favor and take the factory gaskets and at the very end header bolt holes (both sides) cut a slit out from the bottom, up to the hole the making it the width of the hole. Just loosly bolt your heared up using only the end bolts and then slide the gaskets in and install all the other bolts. this will keep you from fumbling around and trying to allign the hearer and gasket and such.

I usually have to go to NAPA to find them. Also, Ive never cut the slit, but know what hes talking about. be careful with the factory gaskets, they are metal, and VERY sharp, and hurts like hell when you slice your finger open with one
