I have an 07' 4.8 that will be getting a hairdryer in the spring. I want to use E85 since it is readily available by me, and have no idea what I need. I've got a couple months to research still.

depends on how dramatic of a fuel set up you want, and how far you want to go in terms of power

Nothing crazy, my goals aren't steep by any means. I think anything over 400+ RWHP and a 12 second quarter and I would be happy for now. This truck is my daily, 20K+ a year and I don't want any aspect of that to change. Pretty attainable I believe.
Sorry for any hi-jack of the thread, maybe this can be an informative source of what works/doesn't work and what is needed to support XXX (or XXXX) amount of power in these 07+ trucks.

That's the kind of news I like to hear. The 4.8s, my year at least did not have flex fuel options. So my pump should be able to handle E85 also, it's all in the tune? Upgrade to bigger injectors and rock the stock pump for my goals, this sounds better and better if it works.
