Flexfuel fuel pump not responding to well with the turbo any ideas? The boost-a-pump not working well with the fuel PCM last night it made 577rwhp and 617rwtq but keeps dying off any ideas? Thanks

 

what i would do is kinda simple and gets rid of the boost a pump crap.

use the stock pump as a lift pump to feed a surge tank, surge tank out to a bosch 044 pump to the rail. FPR on the "return" side of the rail. run the "return" side to the surge tank. done

To use the boost-a-pump, you'd need to bypass the FPCM. But 577 at the wheels is damn good for a bone stock pump setup otherwise.

true, they are working on it, they HOPE to have something SOON

 

At those power levels I'd have already bypassed the FPCM. At least 60lb injectors and at minimum an Aeromotive 340 with a hotwire.

 

As i know the boost a pump will not work with the flex fuel system.

 

577 aint anything to snicker at, that ought to get our pigs moving

 

Based on trap speed I was making right under 700 at the wheels with my dual stock pump setup, keeping the FPCM.

 

CarbonGMC needs to see this, he has that same issue but was going to install a B.A.P. But im not sure how he was going to do the install.
