Default Nnbs tahoe 6.0 swap

Can anyone tell me what is required for a 6.0 swap , and can i use a older 6.0 that has the cable rather than drive by wire?

#1 Its your basic engine swap. Then retune. Pretty simple

#2 no you can not without machine work. You need a Gen 4 6.0 (LY6, L76, LS2)

What is the differences between a lq4 and ly6

Reluctor wheel lq4 is 24x ly6 is 58x and diff want heads and some other stuff I'm sure someone will chime in with

Knock sensor location valley cover block material reluctor wheel head and intake design. You can go 58x to 24x but not 24x to 58x without machine work.

So what year 6.o will work in my tahoe

2007 up.
It has to be an LY6 or L76
L92 L99 LS3 is 6.2
Best way to tell it is a Gen 4 motor is the knock sensors are on the side of the motor near the oil pan. Front cover has the timing sensor
