New usspeedo claster gauge killing my Battery

it sounds to me that your installer did something wrong. if its a simple plug and play cluster why dont you jus put your stock one in for a week and see what it does then. theres no way you having more amps used on an aftermarket cluster vs a stock cluster going to drain your battery just because you dont drive it often. i drive my truck 1-2 days a week IF that and ive never had my battery die and i also have the DIC installed in my CC

Its a simple install. Does the battery run down overnight? Just pull the cluster and see if the battery goes down. There is nothing you can do wrong with this install. One plug in the cluster and you can't screw it up.
I just replaced a weak battery. If I drove it every day it was fine. If I let it sit for a couple three days it would be dead. A new battery and all is well. I can let it sit for a couple weeks now and it will crank fine.

Somethings not right but I can almost guarantee its not the cluster. I haven't replaced the cluster in my NNBS, no need to, but I did use US Speedo for my 04 classic and it was just a plug and play setup. Never had any issues, can't imagine the new style being any different.

Hi, Gusy I just want to thanks you all for taking the time to try answer my question. From all of your answer my installing check everything from the start again and we found out that us-speedo send me the wrong Cluster Gauge, thats why it did not work right. Harry at us-speedo told me that it was there fault and they are sending me the right one....They where great about it becouse considering i bougjt the cluster last year, but I only had it in my truck for 2 days, because of all the interior worl that we where doing. Again I just want to thank all of you guys for taking time to answering my questions.
