my truck is missing my nav dvd...sooo no workie anyone know any place i can get a hook up...for the latest and greatest from gmnavidisk.com...its $199 or i can get the same one from ebay (20940248) about the same price $169 to $199...just thought id check and see if anyone had any better ideas.

 

Find somebody with it and throw them $50 to burn a copy for you!

The burned copies almost NEVER work- the nav-disc reader reads the bar code burned into the disc as well as the disc data. And the risk you take with used discs is that they may not carry the correct firmware settings for your particular radio and will therefore will not read in the player. Also, the navdiscs have a tendency to get scratched to death just spinning around in the nav unit, not to mention if they are ever taken out to play CD's.

now i just hope it works guess il just have to cross my fingers..

 

got my burned copy in the mail today...and it told me how to get home..so it seems to work just fine
