Your having a LT's right? Are the tranny aluminum fluid line by any chance making contact with ur headers? Ah well mine does, need to re-route it.

Why can't I see the air duct in your chromed nickel bumper.
think about it, your AC condensor is painted. your older radiators were painted. Trick's intercoolers have TRICK painted on them. so if that's really gonna cause them to not cool then oh well, i dont regret my choice to paint it.
i used 2000* black paint.

yeah i have LTs, they rub a little bit, but it's nothing to worry about.

my filter is actually behind the passenger fog light.

ok i read you post about temps, but didnt quite make since of it. did you replace the factory cooler with the 40k one, and your temps went from 195-200* to 135-150* depending on driving? sorry for the dumb question just trying to understand. my trans will run upwards of 205-210* on late night summer street racing action. Im always worried im gunna melt it down. i was under the impression that the idea would be to run the 40k cooler in line with the stock one. either way sounds like i need me one of these ASAP!

no, i ran a hayden cooler with my stock cooler and my radiator. it had me at 175ish after racing hard and bs. well i swapped converters (9.5" 3600) and did this mod. i am now at the highest the other day was 155* running the f outta it. i am running it through the radiator and Tru-Cool 40k. i put the 40k where the stock cooler was and it works out great.

Nice mod, I need to look into switching my stock one out for a Tru-Cool.

Is the Tru-Cool 47391 the correct part #?

Thanks man.

Oh yeah soon to be doing a lot of racing so this is something I must do. I like that I can just put in place of the stocker, after I buy it and paint it black of course.
