Info for yall, I weighed my 2011 GMC Sierra Texas editions with stock 275/55/20 tires and they weighed exactly 78.5 pounds. When i ran on those i was running 13.95-13.99@100 consistantly about 78degs outside.

I went back to the track on 2010 GMC Sierra chrome plated 17's and the truck ran 13.55 @102.5 with outside temps around 59degs, not really a good comparision, but you can still see it ran much better, 60 foots were better on the 17's as well. I never weighed the 17's w/tires ether.

I had those aluminum 6 spokes when I first bought my truck and with the tires they were 60 pounds per corner. Never had a chance to weigh them without the tires. My Denali 20s are 80 pounds each

That's lighter than I expected.

Wonder what those centerlines I picked up weighed.. Still can't believe I didn't put one on the scale

I wish I would have weighed my GMC 20s and 275/45s before I put those on too.. Doubt it will but I kind of want to go from the 20s to these 17s

Thats interesting..... VERY light. Now we need someone to weight a stock 17" steelie and compare. It would be good to get the weights of other wheels too like common size centerlines and even those summit truck wheels etc.

I guess what im looking for which is probably what we are ALL looking for is the lightest, cheapest, best looking wheel option for the go fast factor

I don't really care what it looks like as long as it doesn't look like one of those food-processor monstrosities all the 'ballers' roll on. Light weight, good strength, and low price are my priorities.
