I guess that would depend on where you're gonna drive it. For street duty only, someplace that gets a lot of rain or snow, a lowered 4x4 on some nice wheels could make a lot of sense and look great. The rest of us, who got a 4x4 because we do go off-road every once in a while, are definitely gonna want it lifted a bit from stock.
And yeah, IMO the stock rake is weird.

I ended up going with 4wd because of my 22' boat, frequent heavy rains, and the annual trip to Tennessee. I rarely, if ever go off the road but that may change now that I have 4wd. Also, launching in 4wd on the street is awesome.

I'm running 2.5" lift in front and stock suspension out back, although I'd like to go at least 1-2" higher on the rear, on 33" Toyos. Sits almost perfectly level but since I do tow a lot I want to do a rear AAL for extra weight capacity and so I don't blind anyone at night LOL.
BTW- KHESTER84, might wanna resize those pics because I couldn't really tell how it looks without scrolling left and right. Truck has a killer stance BTW!!!!!
