do you have a link to the store specifically?
just looking at the pic it looks like it'd be a drill and bolt in style
however it could also just clamp in the door pillar for future water leaks

Rigid Industries did a little write up in StreetTrucks mag in Dec 13. using a 50" bar on the roof and 2 - 10" bars on the front bumper.
That one was drilled. This one pictured looks to be clamped.

I'm looking for one that clamps anyone no where I can find one can't seem to find a company that makes it
