Little back story, My 2010 Silverado 4x4 6.2 crew cab was in an accident and was written off sadly, because the engine, 6l80 trans, custom door panels etc is in great shape I decided to buy it back from the lot.

The engine and trans have a fresh rebuild and i was hoping to buy a cheap GM truck to swap these parts into.

Ive only installed a cam on the truck so i dont have much knowledge with motor/trans swaps

I was hoping to get recommendations and pointers on the swap.

My truck options are: 2007.5 Silverado Ext Cab 4x4 6.0 4 speed
Ther’re other posts about this swap so only question of mine is what parts should I switch over for the swap? Mainly cluster, manual shifter etc

2009 Sierra Denali AWD 6 Speed
my truck was a 4x4 so will it fit just with a different transfer case?

2009-13 silverado/sierra 5.3 6 Speed
Im assuming the swap would be pretty easy, im just unsure if i should leave the stock 5.3 harnessing and just get a flash, again i dont have much knowledge in this area.
