Default IW Pulley question

Does anybody have experience installing an aftermarket balancer on a 2009 or newer truck? Specifically, how did you install the stretch-to-fit AC belt or did you convert to the old style with a tensioner for the AC by itself?

I converted mine to the older style a/c belt tensioner. The 40.00 was worth the aggravation of not having fight with it.

The new "stretchy" belt comes with an installation tool from GM.

Does the installation tool mount on the AC pulley or the balancer pulley?
