installing tranny cooler

Default installing tranny cooler

hey there guys ill be installing the 40k tru cool... where is the best place to mount in on my 09 denali.. any pics will be useful thx guys

i installed mine close to the stock lines so i didnt have a ton of hose everywhere

Take a look at my photobucket page. If you got the tru-cool 40k trans cooler with the internal bypass, then you should mount it similar to mine, with the fittings pointing up. If there's no bypass, then position it any way you want. I offset mine a little to the right so that I wouldnt block the ps fluid cooler, but it's probably not necessary

i cut my frame that holds that grill and installed it right in the mid... looks like a intercooler..

Do you have a stock one and are just replacing it with something better?

If so I want to see if you're able to use the stock lines cause I'll be ordering one then before it starts to get to hott out.
