Everything on these trucks is done via databus for those that don't know and your installer had to add a databus interface module for it all to work properly. Onto my pet peeve about mine though wrapped up installing it tonight.
At night when you disarm your aftermarket alarm does it still turn on the park lights headlamps backup lamps and domelight when you disarm it?
My stock keyless will do this.
My old body 07 turned on all outside lighting when dark at night upon disarm. With my new clifford I get 2 blinks of the park light and headlights then darkness when not remote started. I guess the databus interface module is not telling the bcm to illuminate all external lighting on the new trucks. I just want to see how others are operating.

I have a Compustar alarm/remote start on my '08 Sierra. When I disarm the headlights flash, parking lights come on, and the dome and reverse lights come on.
i think thats how it goes i can't remember, but i know for sure my dome lights and reverse lights come on and stay on for a certain amount of time like they did when using the factory remote.
