Not a fan of that site. Lots of misinformation going around there.
Unfortunately, I know he wasn't half done, because this wasn't the first time I saw the truck nor the last. A guy was parking it in front of Discount Tire on a regular basis for quite a while, so I assume it belongs to some toolbag who works/worked there.

That whole thing may have just started down here with all the East County Idiots...I have seen ALOT worse than that
They got it from Stadium trucks or trophy trucks, My friend Chad McNeal and his family build/race them. The reason they were higher up front was to achieve up travel, the rear was easier with and usually was lower or stock looking with 22" of up travel achieved by back halfing/building a new rear frame with fiberglass bedsides.

I can honestly say theres none running around this part of indiana that ive seen yet. Thats not the first truck ive seen like that but havent seen any here. I cant imagine y you would do that. Looks stupid. Doesnt help anything. When i first lifted the red 99 the front set up just a cunthair more than the back and it drove me crazy. Its level now. But for a solid week till i could mess eith it on the weekend i barley even drove it cuz it bugged me. If my truck looked like the black sierra in the picture id go insane. Both of my trucks get wheeled. There both lifted. And there both dead even. Not that an inch one way or the other would matter but still. Go through the money putting in four links and **** in back on a lifted truck and you want it right for when you are cruisin on the asphalt.
