that 102 is a 13.1 pass if the 60' is down in the 1.9x-2.0

Have you guys seen any SC 6.2L trucks (stock block) near a 12 sec 1/4 mile?

what gears do you have stock? you need 4:10s to get it movin an a 3000 stall. thatll help your 60' an itll more than likely give you a 12.9@104 or even faster
IMO 4.10's would be a little overkill with the steep 6L80 tranny gears... I'm thinking about 3.73's while i'm in there swapping the G80 for a TruTrac...

im with you 3.73s are perfect, well unless you have 35s,So you opted for the 3.42s to get the z71 in order to get the brushed interior (canyon country pkg. or something )Is this correct?Aside from the seats, would it easy to get the panels replaced from what you get on a chevy LT or LTZ? BTW your int. is kill,I would have to have that but i wouldnt buy unless it was 3.73 and it would have to be a chevy, guess i found an excuse to put it off.

your truck isnt as heavy as his Yukon so i think the 4:10s would be good. if hed rather a roll racer then go with 3:73s.
i wont have a 6 speed

Yes, The Z71 package had the interior I wanted, but wasn't compatiable with the Max Trailering package (3.73's) so I ended up with 3.42's... The thing I like about the 3.42's is that you finish the 1/4 mile making peak Hp (5,750rpm in 3rd @ 100mph w/31.9'' tire)

I dunno if they make brushed stainless panels for Chevy...I know you can get them for the Sierra...
