Default Helper bag question with 4 and 7 drop

Guy's looks like I'm going to need a set of these for my nnbs with a 4 and 7 drop, couple of quick questions, are they a pain in the *** to put on, and i need to let my rear up about a inch anyway and just wondering with a little air how they ride, and i guess i should use mcgaugheys? THANKS!

easy to insall. no drilling needed. the bracket mounts around the frame. they ride great with a bit of air. i usually have about 5-10lbs in them
