Default hearing noise

Now I hear a noise I didnt notice until it went back stock. It sounds like a powersteering pump whine,I hear it at low slow speeds like 1-5 mph.I can hear it coming from the annoying cab vent rear passenger side.Anyone else hear this type of sound?

The reason for the post is see if anyone else has this noise that sounds like a powersteering pump whine, its at low speed and it comes through that annoying passenger side rear cab vent that I hear to much road noise from since day one. When I first noticed the sound was when it went back stock and the Int. was quiet again.

the reason for going back to stock was it started running like crap, got rich 02 codes, fuel trims off the charts and lots of KR.Thinking it might be the fuel pump because FP would drop when revved, then found out its normal for a flexfuel fuel pump.appears it was bad gas or a bad mix of winter gas.
