HD conversion

What is needed for the HD conversion? Does anyone have any write ups on it and if so post them up? Thinking of doing it?

are you talking about just the front end or the whole shebang of suspension, transmission, axles, brakes, etc?

grille
grille trim piece
full bumper
and core support / brackets ... ?? something like that
