Default Gains to expect on 4.8 with Pacesetter coated LT's?

Anyone installed a set on their GMT900? 4.8 auto.. No cats, anyone know what kind of gains to expect.. I am looking for torque pickup hopefully.. I am also going to be looking for a quieter muffler i assume.. Any suggestions?

should be around a 5-10 rwhp and rwtq gain. As far as quiet mufflers, Look for something with a case length of 18" or bigger..

there used to be a dyno somewhere, but it was around 20-25 hp/tq. Thats about what I felt when I instaled them on my old 4.8.

I put hamm headers on my old 4.8 with full 3" mandral bent true duals and basically felt no difference in how it ran...the dyno showed gains but I honestly couldn't "feel" any

seriously man no gains??? Do you think it was the true dual 3" exhaust that it was too much exhaust for the 4.8??? Also was your truck a singlecab or a extended cab?

I felt awesome gains as soon as I installed them, even without a retune. It felt like the midrange was MUCH stronger.

I felt a difference and 3 tenths drop in the 1/8 from running the previous week. Never had a retune after the either but I couldn't tell you dyno numbers being that I'm getting retuned this saturday and I added cam and stall. I wish a could of seen the numbers difference on my LTs

single cab... I think it had more to do with my butt-o-meter than the vehicle itself...

My SOTP dyno felt about a 10-15hp gain but who knows..I never got to see my numbers after the headers either and i wish I did. But I did gain 60rwhp from cam and headers
