Every time I get in the truck and turn on the A/C, I have to push the "recirc" button to stop pulling in outside air. It seems everytime you do anything with the A/C other than change the fan speed the A/C reverts to "fresh". Even if I don't touch the A/C controls, if I kill the truck, and get back in, it's reverted to "fresh" air again. It's irritating because of all the stinky-*** diesel trucks around here, and the fresh air setting sucks that crap right in the cab.

Is this a "feature" or is something wrong with my truck?

 

Not sure what year your truck is.. but our 07 Classic work truck does the same thing.. it is quite irritating i know.

 

My wifes HHR and my truck are the same as yours...I hate it.
