Are all 07 NNBS 4.8 LY2 flex fuel?

...Still not positive,does it have to say flexfuel,this one does not....

Is it a GMT900? Or a classic? Look at the fuel tank cap. Should be yellow and says E85 compatible or something like that.

Thats weird.

You should have a yellow cap or at least a darn flex fuel emblem somewhere

Another option is through HP Tuners or EFI Live tuning. A tuner should be able to tell you right away.
