Default Engine Build Finished

Well the engine work is done and I'm very happy with the results.

TSP 220 Cam, Longtube and ORY, Circle D 3000, LS2 intake and Dyno tune

The power came in at 336hp and 330 tq. This is with 12.5 air/fuel and unlocked converter, so there is probably more in it but I left it on the conservative side. I didn't build it for the track so there is no need to run it on the edge.

Thanks, the covers wont mount to the truck intake. I have a LS2 intake with the alt. relocated.

How are you liking the new found power? I bet its a night and day difference from stock! How do you like the stall on the street?

The power is awesome, the stall seems a little unnecessary for my application. As far as the drivability of it I got use to it quickly, I'm just not into racing.

It's still the truck 5.3, just LS2 intake and a lot of reworking the alt. and wiring routes.

Looks good man. I think the stall will grow on you over time. A 3000 stall in a dd really isn't bad at all, I have a tcs 3000 in my SSS and love it. And you gotta love the 90+ hp increase over stock to the crank, thats not too shabby for headers tune and a cam swap. I'm about to do some ported L92s and a pretty healthy cam in my truck so hopefully I'll net some good gains like you. Anyway, congrats and enjoy!
