The temperature was 37 deg. celcius outside and the trans temp. was 89 when its in 70's its much faster

Well my brakes finished after those videos now my truck is in the dealer for changing rear brake pads

Hmmm, looks like somebody is playing with the gear and tire size!!

What mods are done to the "5.3"?

If you are not spraying a 300 shot, or puttin out 18#'s of boost, I believe you are trying to pull one over on us here at PT.net.

EDIT: Just noticed you said Celcius, I assume your speedo is set on KM/H.

Well since it's in km/h I don't really know! Looks like it runs pretty good for a CC though

I dont know sometimes it gives me great power and sometimes dont.

It can take down a rcsb sierra w/ 4.10 tune exhaust and an intake and give him a 6 car length.

but an x5 4.8 got me at 185 damn I hate to lose to german $hit

Looks like some sort of TM at WOT under 3000rpm. We hear the tires squack a bit as the TC reaches its stall speed at about 1700-1800rpm, then the engine seems to lose power at about 2200rpm. Is that the traction control or something?

Switch traction control OFF and get TM disabled 100% as well as the drive by wire T-body TM which actually closes the t-body slightly instead of simply pulling timing alone.

There is a lot of acceleration being wasted there in 1st gear.

Also the WOT upshifts occur at about 5800 rpm 1-2, then the tach falls back to about 3600 rpm. Thats an incredible 2200rpm of shift extension. Thats huge. I suggest you get a 3000+ rpm stall converter, get that shift extension down and your truck will rip through the shifts instead of teh engien rpms coming down under the powerband liek it does.

I had great results with my stock S10 TC. I get about 2700rpm of stall. My shift extension decreased by 600 rpm and the wide gear ratios of our 4l60e/65e/70e transmissions. That 1-2 shift is bad, so is the 2-3 shift. A higher stall TC helps with this immensely, also makes launching better as well.

peace

IM ordering the PI 3600 Stall as soon as the lock on my card is released.

and Im no removing the TM until I get the stall ,shift kit and the servo . I've got them now but only waiting to order the stall.

In the video the traction control was off and the stabilititrak was off too.

I've got 50% of the tm removed now. and about the shifts 1-2 at 5800 2-3 at 6000 and 3-4 is when I release the throttle.

and about the problem under 3000 rpm asked my tuner and other tuners they said If u do something with the ABUSE mode this will happen.

Hopefully will get all my problems solved after a stall and a cam swap.

Another off topic question. Should I change the headers when doing the cam swap or I can add cutouts till pacesetters get out with a headers for the new trucks?

Mine is a 5.3 CC that has only a tune and it bogs off the line and then starts to pull.
