Anyone every use these guys for anything? I saw them as a sponsor on the side here so i thought id give them a try so I ordered some wheels more than 2 weeks ago and still not even showing shipped. I try to contact them to see whats going on with my order and they tell me since its a custom order i have to talk to a supervisor (who is never available). They tell me theyll have the supervisor call me and im still waiting for this call after 3 days. So i call back today and I was told the same thing yet again. After I tell them ive been waiting for the call for 3 days already they just tell me they are sorry and promise the supervisor will call me today. I think im giving them until the end of the week then im going to try to cancel my order if possible since their customer service is no help at all.

 

where is the banner? I have never heard of them.

Well they finally got back with me and turns out the manufacturer doesnt have the rims and dont know when they will carry them again. So i asked for a refund and now im told it will take 72hrs for that to happen so i gotta play the waiting game again to make sure i get my money back. Just my opinion but never use this site.

 

72 hours..... psh. ur payment to them goes through right away. needs to be like that the other way around. they should have contacted you the day you sent payment. thanks for the lookout buddy.

 

Summit double ordered on me once and they took my money on a saturday and monday by 9-10am i had full payment back in my account. i agree with Daryn...if you take my money give it back just as fast imo.
ah well hopefully you dont get shorted any money.

man that bull ****!... what did you order that was "custom"? If the company that makes the wheel was out of stock on it, they shoulda known from the beginning before you placed the order!!!

 

Man the only thing custom about the order was i got it priced matched from another website.
