Default Cam and spring questions

I'm having a hard time finding info on the stock cam in my 4.8. I was hoping somebody has the stock cam numbers, piston/valve clearance and how much lift the stock springs will handle. i feel like i've run accross some good deals but don't know what to buy? also i'd love to hear from people who have done the swaps and their opinions. ie what are you using and anything you would change about your purchase.

Best bet regardless of what cam ya put in is to upgrade the springs and push rods. The rest(keepers, retainers are fine).
