I'm not sure. At the same time I went from 245/70 to a 265/70 tire right after I swapped TB's and today it was dry so I romped on it from a stop and I burn them almost thru 2nd now. I could never do that on 275/55/20 , 305/45/22 , 245/70/17. Either way something is going on in my truck making it run better lol.

Anyone have any experience with the stock wrangler ST's that come on the stock 17's??

I had them and they lasted about 58,000 miles! I have the terra grappler a/t's now and I have 40,000 on them and I can already tell they are gonna outlast the wranglers! Keep in mind I drove 81,000 miles in the first year I had my truck! Ha yeah I know, not helping resale value! O well!! I'll make it last 500,000 maybe!!

You're talking the STs that come on the base trucks, not the AT/S tires that come on the NHT trucks, correct?

The STs are not one of Goodyear's finest, honestly (I do really like the AT/S though). Once they're worn half way, there are no sipes left, and they make driving in the rain sketchy, at best. I've known several guys with them who couldn't wait to get them off the truck. I rank them right along side of the Goodyear Integritys that come on the Impalas...

They look to be base model ST's. I can't complain for what I got Em for. I might sell them to a bud and just get tires for my Black wheels.

They ride 100x's better than the general grabber 245/70 I was rolling before. I think they are harder than the concrete.

Not sure about dyno numbers, but my throttle response and driveability is improved.

the 4.8 and 5.3 use the same intake manifold right? so this throttle body will fit my '10 4.8 no problem?

Should be no problem. I always intended to dump my ported 87mm TB for a stock 90mm TB on my 07 4.8 liter, but never got around to it.
