Check out latest hot rod magazine, they have an article on 6.0L bolt ons, added over 75hp. Biggest change was the headers, and programing to take advantage of that...

I put a gm cold air kit and magnflow catback on mine but the biggest improvement is going be a tune.
i am very happy with the improvement in my truck with the above and a tune

i don't think there are any direct fit headers yet but the headers from 99-06 seem to fit , but gotta get a muffler shop to fit the exhaust to the headers.

other than that there is not much to do unless you want to spend the $$$ for a blower

no #'s yet, i'm not finished my tune, there is a new local dyno here, i'll get it
done maybe in a mth.
350 maybe a stretch, 330-340 may not be too hard to hit though.
for me the big thing with the tune isn't power, but drivilbilty and throttle response.
when you put your foot on the floor in your truck, you get the big wait and then it kicks in and takes off, mine just takes off, no waiting.
lots of things to adjust, tm, shift characteristics, pe delays etc.
all this stuff just makes it work the way it should.
i have a tuner doing mine by email with hp tuners. he is doing a dyno tune with the exact truck as mine soon, so will complete my tune based on what he finds on the dyno, but it works great now. A live tune is obviuosly best but no tuners where i live and i don't have time to fiqure it out in the short term.
